Row 1: ch
100. Turn ch1. Sc in second ch from hook all the way around. Turn rep *ch1 sc
back loop only* Rep 2 more times. Turn your work
Row 2: Pull
the loop on the hook. * insert the hook in the next chain pull a loop * all the
way around. There should be 100 loops. Turn your work
Row 3: *
Hold 5 loops on the hook yo and make sc * rep * ch 6 * rep all the way around.
20 loops made.
Row 4: * ch
6 make sc in the first ch 6 space from previous row * rep till the end
Row 5 : sl
st & cut the yarn
Row 6: * ch
100. Ch1 turn & sc in each ch all the way around. Turn & pull a loop. *
Insert the hook in the next ch & pull a loop * all the way around. 100
loops.
Row 7: Turn
your work. * hold 5 loops on the hook yo & make a sc * *ch 6 * rep all the
way around. 20 loops are made.
Row 8: * ch
3 & sl st in the first 6 ch space of the first patch made( hold the first
patch made as loop side down to work with the patch being attached) & sc in
the first ch sp of previous 6 ch sp made * rep all the way around. Two pieces
are attached with loop up & down & chains in between.
Row 9: sc in
the sc all the way around
Row 10: Repeat
row 1 to row 8 3 more times. Front of the top made.
Row 11:
Repeat the pattern row 1 to row 10 one more time. Back of the top made
Row 12: * sc
on the top * all the way around 2 times. Both front & back of top.
Row 13: With
needle stitch 15 ch on either side joining the top. Leaving a neck space of
around 10 - 12”
Row 14: Leave
space measuring 9” – 10 “ from top on the side for sleeves. * Sc the loops
leaving ch 12 filling the space in between the loops. * rep on both sides
Sizes can be
adjusted with increasing or decreasing the number of chains made on start. Even
numbers help to keep the counting easy.
