Once upon a time there was a Tortoise & a Hare.....& they decided to join the daily grind....& they lived happily ever after.......
Of course the children version of the story is plain and simple... with a moral ..but a look at the grown-up dissertation of the story...;)
No, the Tortoise didn't win cause Hare fell asleep. Don't just look at the blurb, dig a little deeper. Y would Hare, after challenging the tortoise for a race, be lackadaisical?
Though Tortoise is our winner & hero thorough & through, Hare is quite prudent too. Look at our characters closely. One is bundle of nerves, efficacious & dexterous whereas in contrast, other is a dawdling procrastinator whose exposition is as if weighed down by the burden of the world.
It's important that Tortoise keeps company of someone that is motivated. Hare is the one that helps with that shove that is almost a push. And then Mr. Tortoise propels forward with a purpose.
Mrs. Hare is mutlitasker.  Not only does she have the job of impel to compel  to Mr., but she challenges too.
And no, she didn't lose the race fair & square. She made Mr. Tortoise win it. She made a haste not for waste. She is nimble so that while she has Mr. Tortoise focused she clears the way of off the impediments & the disincentive. All the while keeping macro managing & micro managing his sustenance & subsistence.
And when Mr. wins, she with her perspicacious smile tells him sagaciously that she lost, cause she fell asleep because of all the work she had to do. And the race didn't matter to her anyway, but she is glad he is the one who won.  And he is the one & only brave dis-serving winner of the match.                                And she concedes that he persevered. That in spite of everything she is full of benevolence for him...........
