Move a muscle!

Crochet artist who is an avid reader, who contemplates & scribbles her thoughts to share.....

If you have read post :

This post will try to elaborate on it. Being reactive vs being receptive. Distinction, marks our littoral zone. Away from roving, spasmodic, anxiousness of the sea.
So many things affect the sea.....the wind, the moon, the sun......endless. And sea like a teenager with a bunch of nerves keeps tossing and turning to every nuance. In contrast the littoral zone, takes it all in, the drubbing & the trouncing without a sigh. Its impressionability doesn't define its affectibility or becomes the reason for its identity. On contrary through sands of time(pun is so intentional) it keeps proving it's stability. Rather its non-nonchalance becomes its resume. Though attracted by the fitfulness of the sea everyone gravitates to the stable zone after playing along for a bit.

Emotions are not limited to gender but rather, few of the sentiments are gender specific. So regardless of age, gender or phase of life everyone has them. There is no copy right or claims here.
Emotions are indigenous. Mindfulness however requires procurement.

For example lets take artists: They are the best case-study of emotions redirected to mindfulness. Unlike the impression they carry of being moody.
The 3 fun & easy steps to determine if you're an artist:  :)))
Step 1: step into a hot water shower, if you can feel the first teeth shattering shiver running down your spine the one which curdles your bones...(the chill if you feel is your body trying to set itself to external change of temperature. And chill happens regardless of the temperature index)...you pass the first step of sensitivity. Step 2: now if you harness this sensitivity till it steams up & emanates out of you as a 3rd person...you have passed the second step of being an observant.....Step 3: you control & channelize this very sensitivity  through your medium of choice...you have passed the final step of being a good expressionate. :)))

Staying in littoral zone comes as a professional side-effect for an artist. It's the requirement for success as an artist.  The positive concomitant.

Being sensitive doesn't mean to be high-strung...a big no-no.... susceptibility should be receptive but it should stay cognizant of any reverberation. Any re-fluxes are bilious in nature. Emotions should not be the reasons for justifying reciprocation rather they should be the echo of soundness. Acknowledging the integrity of your feelings.
And that is kindness, that is empathy.......that is real compassion. Have you moved some muscle lately?....Keep working out!!
